The weekend bakes are so busy I rarely have a moment to stop and take pictures but our bakers did such a beautiful job with the cakes and tarts I had to share a few here from Mother’s Day weekend. Wow, what a weekend it was! We jammed the cases as full as we possibly could and boy, the turnout was epic, everyone showed up and made haul after haul. The line was long but the team hustled to make it move fast and we hope you enjoyed all that we had to offer. Thank you to everyone for visiting our bakery this weekend. There are still many blessings to celebrate in this world, especially our mothers and we thank you for making space for us during this special family tradition 🌸💕

Recently we had a group of Daisies visit the bakery. These budding Girl Scouts got to squish some dough, touch rolling pins and eat some chocolate and left with cookies to munch on for ride home.

Our hearts are full with all the love Minnesota gave us this weekend. Thank you to all who came and waited in line to break bread or share a moment with a loved one over a croissant and coffee. Tarts, cookies, pastries and everything else we made flew out the door in a flurry. Our kitchen team gave it their all baking, cooking and creating the goods while our baristas shined in their bright smiles, sparkly makeup adorned in pinks and reds to give their best to you all while making delicious drinks and ringing up orders.
An email came in late Saturday that just made my heart sing and almost made me weep. Exhausted, it was the boost I needed as I geared up for round 2 of yet another big bake for Sunday morning. Our community’s love and support means everything and we wouldn’t be here without it.
Thank you Minnesota, we love you ♥️
