Did you know we make our own vanilla extract, vanilla paste, vanilla sugar, and vanilla honey? We will be selling these for Christmas this year. We have vanilla beans from Ecuador, Indonesia, Mexico, and Comoros. This is a batch we are making tonight. That is what we call vanilla caviar floating in the bottle. It is liquid gold when you are baking.

Have you seen the prices in town? We buy in bulk but the prices aren't any better. One thing we pride ourselves on is using good product. We use real butter and eggs. Just look at these prices in town. We are going to try to absorb the cost as much as we can but our custom work will be going up after this weekend. If you need to book an order, now is the time!! Custom order quotes will be honored for the full 30 days from the date quoted. 😞
Beginning May 7th, we will be open for breakfast on Saturdays. We will be serving our famous cinnamon rolls and breakfast pastries. We are located inside The Brazos Shopping Center (2801 E Hwy 180 Suite 25).
We made it thru Easter! We were sooo busy! Thank you to all that let us help make your Easter special. Now that it is over we are getting caught up on our messages today. We have so many new people that I wanted to say that we can make any cake that you see on the web whether it be on our site or somewhere else. Please note that some characters are trademarked. We have to pay royalties on these characters. We do require a week's notice and a nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 down on all custom orders. This holds your reservation. We do book up on certain weekends and holidays. You can order thru our messaging system so you don't have to come in to order. Thank you for considering us and thank you for our long standing customers. We really appreciate you!! Look for our customer appreciation day coming soon!!
