On June 10th 2020, a Webster Parish deputy showed up to my townhome in Shreveport, La in Caddo Parish. He did not announce he was law enforcement when knocking on door. He told me that he had papers to forcibly remove my 7 month old son from my home and custody. I was told not to ask questions that he did not feel like explaining himself and that he had a citation for me that I would be given after I released my son to him. My Grandpa Al Baker and Grandmother Carla Baker has given the deputy my security gate code to enter the private property on which I live without a warrant. They sat at the end of my driveway never leaving their vehicle and watched this take place. I asked if I could contact Shreveport authorities or my attorney and was told if I went into my dwelling to retrieve my phone I would risk being killed. My son was then ripped from my arms and placed in the back of a Webster sheriff police vehicle in Shreveport, LA. I have full rights and full custody of my son he resides with me at my Shreveport home and my New Orleans residence. I have contacted Shreveport authorities and filed a report and intend to do next necessary steps. I was told I am restricted from seeing or talking to my son until I go to court in Webster Parish to fight for custody. In June 23rd. I’m fighting the corrupt system and want my story out there so it will be known what I am faced with. Please let it be known my grandpa is a FreeMason in Minden, LA head of Webster parish whatever that means. I’m devastated but support prayers and advice are all greatly appreciated. Thank You
