Never saw this article and picture of one of my sculpture cake creations. What a pleasant discovery.

The garden opens at 10 am and we’ll be sweeping up the cake crumbs at 4 pm.

Though I myself am NOT fashionable, I’ve made many fashionable cakes. I remember when I was working on the Manolo Blahnik cake one of the neighbor hood kids was hanging out watching me. He noticed the price tag on the shoe box the customer brought as a prototype and said... “ oh my God you can buy a car for this much money!!”

This was for a guy (Roy might be his name) who was celebrating 60 years at Boston Store and wasn’t even retiring!! The most incredible part is he never missed a day of work in 60 years... hence the energizer bunny.
