Who says it's too late to give thanks? I'm thankful for my friends who cherish my talents and differences and always encourage me. I brought these cupcakes to a Friendsgiving, and made them vegan so all my friends could delight! They are a mocha cupcake with coffee frosting - which I am now a bit obsessed with!! 🧁
