Ginger With A Mixer Cookies for all occasions. Custom or "Just Because" Hey y'all. I'm Erin. Figured it's time to get back in the swing of things and share my talents with everyone.

I originally started my baking journey in 2015 and have been taking a break for a few years now. I focus primarily on custom decorated cookies and "drop" cookies by the dozen. I will soon be offering 'just because' cakes and possibly expanding options in the future. We'll just see how this goes :P

It's that time of year! Back to school cookies are up for pre-order. I will have pictures coming this weekend! Orders are due by August 1st at 2:00 PM. Pick-Up will be August 6th in Vernon. Time TBD.
