Who thought Madeleines could be vegan? Well, Clementine Cooper’s family figured that one out. This recipe is easy as pie and so yummy, too. These have an amazing side cake texture and the are perfect with your favorite cuppa tea or coffee!! I dipped mine in dark chocolate!! 😱these lil’ beauties are rich and will melt in your mouth!
