Come see us at Timothy Jay Sweets where we bake the world a better place, one treat at a time. I quickly realized that baking was definitely for me.

I love to provide baked goods and help make your day a little sweeter! With cupcakes, cookies, whoopie pies, cake balls, cheesecakes and more; you are sure to discover something sweet that puts a bounce in your step. The start of my passion for baking was when I was just a kid standing by my mother’s side watching her in action in the kitchen. She executed beautiful cakes for our family and friend

s and I got to watch her make them. I love baking so much that I even received a Baking Award when I graduated High School. I started baking desserts and custom cakes here and there for my friends and family for fun. Realizing how much fun it was to bring joy to someone by adding a bit of sparkle to their celebration was rewarding to say the least. After a coming to self moment and countless discussions with my partner; I realized I wanted to share my talents with everyone and open a bakery! Hard work and passion for turning flour, sugar, and eggs into something beautiful is what really bakes my cakes!

Timothy Jay Sweets will be selling the remainder of our equipment and supplies. This will be open to the public. We are SELLING our equipment, there will be NO sweets to buy.

We will be open on the following days:

Saturday January 17th from 10am to 2pm

Sunday January 18th from 10am to 12pm

As 2025 comes to an end, we would like to thank our valued and appreciated customers for keeping us busy baking yummy sweet treats. Thank you to all the customers who trusted us with their custom cake orders and allowing us to help make their occasion even more special.

We have come to a difficult and heart breaking decision to close our doors for good as of December 31, 2025. We appreciate and value every customer who has supported us in the last five years. Understand that this decision did not come easy and we had many sleepless nights thinking about it. As 2026 brings a new year; it too will bring new chapters we have yet to explore.

We wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year. 🙏🏾💜🙏🏾
