I definitely have a beach vacation on my mind after doing these tropical themed cupcakes for a 1st birthday this weekend!

🥥 Coconuts- chocolate cake filled and topped with whipped coconut cream

🍒 Pineapple upside down style - pineapple cake with chopped cherries and pineapple topped with cherry swiss meringue buttercream

🏖️ Beachside - Butterscotch cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and sugar cookie powdered white sand.

Summer is definitely here...time to cool off with some cookies! Both of these are Baker Street original designs and were a lot of fun to think of and put together!

These are possibly my favorite set ever.😍 The simplicity and soft palette really make them stand out. They weren't even for an order, I just wanted to bring something pretty to a small dinner get together. The flowers are a lovely and soft buttercream. Of course it was a rainy day and the natural lighting was terrible, so here's too many pictures.😜

📢*BIG NEWS AHEAD*📢

Seeing as we're all probably home and staying in for a bit🥶, I guess it's as good a time as any...so, I'll come right out with it.

I have made the difficult decision to really scale back this business. Something that started out as an enjoyable, logical path for my hobby and passion has strayed into burnout and a chore. The time and commitment it takes conflicts with life with my two amazing little boys, time that I'll never get back. I need to refocus my priorities for this season of life! As with any big decision there are, of course, other reasons that factor in, and you can read more about those here: honeyandbun.blogspot.com

The second set of muted greens! The customer said I could use whatever color I had on hand and I think she lucked out! I added this blend of sprinkles because I love the white pop and all the dimension it brings. It reminds me of crackly snow! ❄️❄️❄️
