Another bakery birthday! This sweet girl who pretty much grew up in the bakery is turning 19! We first met about 10 years ago as a student in our summer camp and I really don’t remember a time when she wasn’t somehow involved in something there! She is a terrific baker, barista, buttercream maker, dishwasher, ingredient filler, croissant laminator and most of all, and also her passion, a very talented cake decorator! To say she does it all with pride and an outstanding work ethic is an understatement - Whatever job she has been given throughout the years she has always done it with a smile. Happy birthday to our favorite redhead 👩‍🦰 and great job on your birthday cake!
