It’s been an amazing 4 years but I’m excited and ready for this next chapter in my life. Thank you to all my customers, family and friends who supported me along the way. This chapter has come to an end but the next is just starting to be written.

Tbt: ten years ago I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy. There was a lot of pasta, cheese and gelato eaten while I was there. It was so cool to experience a culture that is a part of my heritage.

It has been a crazy week! We sold out today after 2 hours. Pure insanity. Two weddings, a 300 cupcake birthday and many more fun orders went out the doors this week. Thank you all for your continued support. I need a nap ha!

tbt: At one point in my career I was a pastry chef at a restaurant. Right before I moved into the next part of my career, I was working on a gluten free dessert made with cranberry poached pears, vanilla mousse, honey comb candy, ginger cookie crumble, candied almonds, fried mint and candied lemon peel. It never got the chance to make it on a menu but I still think about it’s potential.
