Theresa's Delectables Bakery-Cafe is home to Theresa's Homemade Cheeseballs and features many sweet treats, hot breakfast and lunch, and other pantry items. Our choice of cheese combinations give our Cheeseballs the smooth texture that people have come to love. We have two flavors; pimento & onion and jalapeño, and now a dessert S'mores cheeseball that can only be found at our store in Milford. Ou

r Cheeseballs are well known throughout the Midwest and some have even made their way across the country and overseas. You can find Theresa's Homemade Cheeseballs in 30 different stores across Indiana, including all Rise'N Roll stores and Rentown Country Store. We are also a made-from-scratch bakery/cafe. We serve breakfast, lunch, and of course, many sweet treats. Among our variety of treats, our cinnamon rolls are a customer favorite and our kolaches are special pastries that can't be found many other places in this area of the country. Good morning y’all. That is our new greeting since we live down here in Florida and it is more appropriate. Theresa and I have decided we are going to be making some of our baked goods down here in Summerfield. We knew retirement wasn’t forever. We like to keep busy.
We will be in our community craft show on Friday, December 5th, from 1:00 to 3:00. This is only open to our community residents of which there are 1650 homes.
We will be offering some of our most popular baked goods at the show and for any future sales. Many have not had Theresa’s cinnamon rolls, pumpkin bars, iced sugar cookies, and so many others. We would like to make those down here since there are no made from scratch “mom & pop” bakery items available down here.
Come back on to our page often as this progresses. We’re not looking to grow like we did in Indiana, but offer baked goods that are not mass produced in a major grocery or box store retailer. Hope to see you soon Spruce Creek South!

Hello everyone. Hope all is going well. We just want everyone to know that Theresa’s Homemade Cheeseballs are now available at all Rise’n Roll locations again. We are so excited for Homer and his family and the continued growth of our beloved Cheeseballs. Enjoy everyone. We still make some for us down here in Florida. Today we said goodbye to our sweet Abby. She was with us for almost 16 years. She is going to see Bear Bear, Henry, and Lannie in puppy heaven and let them know the Queen Bee is up there and in charge. For all who knew her thanks for being a part of her life. It’s going to be a few rough days😭.

We retired to Florida in May. Kuhn’s Kannery has made our Cheeseballs ever since we moved. But, we decided to make some for friends and family at our Spruce Creek South holiday craft show. We are in Summerfield, Florida, and this craft show is only two blocks from our home in our golf community, sort of like old times. Theresa is here with her sister Vicky, who also lives down here. Theresa has a brother who lives here now and another sister who now have a house here, but they are “snow birds”. So making our Theresa’s Homemade Cheeseballs was bound to happen sooner or later. Lots of memories.

Well today has finally come. We will be closing our doors for our business at 4:00pm for the final time. All our 1lb Cheeseballs are $1 off. Many other discounts. It has truly been a pleasure serving you all throughout the years. We wish this day hadn’t come, but we know it is the right time.

Now, for tomorrow. We are having a big “everything is for sale”. We will have a limited amount of blueberry and cake donuts, possibly some turnovers, and any Cheeseballs that are left. No other food items will be available. Stop in if you might be interested. Have a glorious day.

Theresa and I would like to thank all of you, including those who have bought our Cheeseballs at other locations, for helping us make our dream come true. We have met so many people who we consider our friends, who have made this day possible. Now we are ready for our next stage in our life together. Thanks again.

We have only four days left until we are closed. All one pound Cheeseballs are still $1 off. Don’t wait until it is too late. We close at 4:00pm Friday.

On this coming Saturday we are having a big sale of everything. All our supplies, equipment, furniture, everything. We can’t take it on retirement with us. We still have a stainless steel stove, white refrigerator, stainless steel convection oven, and a tall size baking rack, and so much more. Our price is low. Make offer if you want. 8am to 2pm on Saturday. Must take with you then. We have a lot. Come on in.

Starting today until April 30th, our one pound Cheeseballs are $1.00 off.

We will be closing our store for good at the end of the day on April 30th. We will be retiring. Everything will be for sale on Saturday, May 1st., from 8-2. Check our previous posts for where you will be able to purchase our Cheeseballs after we close. All locations except Rise’n Roll will continue to sell them. The Cheeseballs live on!!!

Our Story

After selling at annual craft shows for over 15 years, it became apparent that our customers wanted our Cheeseballs year-round. So on July 5th, 2014, we opened up our little store-front bakery as a new home to make our Cheeseballs. We started with less than 300 sq ft., and after taking over the unit next-door, we realized we still needed room to grow. One block away and a few years later, the bakery/cafe has expanded and our Cheeseballs are still made by hand by us: Theresa and Randy.

We take pride in being a mom-and-pop made from humble beginnings. If it wasn't for our loyal customers loving our Cheeseballs so much, we wouldn't be here today. We thank our customers for helping our Cheeseballs take off and expand and for helping our bakery/cafe venture reach new heights.
