How to Place a Custom Order at The Willow Whisk?

To ensure we can create the perfect custom order for you, we ask that all custom orders be placed 10–14 business days before your pickup date. While we may occasionally be able to accommodate shorter notice, we cannot guarantee availability for orders placed only a few days in advance.

📞 To Place an Order:

1. Call the bakery or stop by the store.
2. Provide your desired pickup date.
3. Let us know how many guests you are serving.
4. Bring a photo inspiration picture or provide a detailed description of your design.
5. A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. Full payment is due 7 days before pickup.

📋 Deposit Policy
Your non-refundable deposit secures your date and covers planning, scheduling, and supply costs associated with your order. Deposits will not be refunded if an order is canceled, changed to a different date, or not picked up.

We no longer accept custom orders through Facebook Messenger or any other social media platform. All orders must be placed by phone or in person.
