One of the best things about waking up is when your neighbor delivers homemade salsa.

The beauty about my runs and getting outside and working out are the people I meet and the friendships I make.

The beauty about making sourdough bread and teaching classes is getting to know my community and the people that surround us.

In the day of technology staying connected to our community becomes more and more essential.
