Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. 🤍

I’m Oksana Chamberlin, the face behind Punako Lane Bakery. This bakery is very close to my heart. I went to school for baking years ago, and later had the opportunity to bake alongside my dad, learning from him and the recipes he built over time.

After stepping away for a while, life led me back to it—and now I’m finding my own way while still honoring what he created.

Right now I’m in a season of learning and growth, especially working with sourdough (which definitely has a mind of its own some days!). I’m doing my best to create products I can truly be proud of, all while navigating life with a little one by my side.

I’m so grateful for the support, and I truly appreciate any feedback as I continue to grow and improve.

I provide small batch of baked goods to Lewisburg pharmacy every Friday between 9-10am!
