5-tier satellite wedding cake. 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16-inch round cakes with white fondant and buttercream beading. That's a lot of cake! : )

Happy 1st Birthday to Zander!! I was able to make a Mickey Mouse-themed large cupcake for him to dig into. It was a lot of fun! : ) Thanks for asking me, Ally Gardner!

Somebody got married today! I got to be a part of it by making their cake. 4-tier square cake with smooth Swiss buttercream. Gotta get those crisp corners! : ) Florist provided flowers.

Hi, friends! Apologies for my lack of posts lately. It's been a crazy month! Still in the process of making everything official for the business. So much paperwork! Not too fun, but excited to have it taken care of soon. In the mean time, I'm still busy doing cakes and cupcakes and even helping to save wedding cakes in need of rescue! Meringue does not survive well in hot cars. So I helped the baker redo the frosting and flowers and it became the finished product below! Anything to make a bride's day everything she dreamed of. : )
