I'm sure most of you have seen their smiling faces on more than one occasion, with your casual goodie or bread run! We are looking for a dedicated, early-morning rockstar to join our baking team! At Great Harvest, we don’t just "bake"—we craft everything from scratch. If you have a passion for quality and don't mind a little flour on your apron, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

The Art of the Loaf: Hand-knead, shape, and bake our signature and specialty breads.

Precision: Scale ingredients accurately and follow recipes to maintain the high standards our customers love.

Efficiency: Manage oven rotations and proofing times in a fast-paced environment.

Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workstation (clean as you go)

What We’re Looking For:

Early Birds: Shifts typically start between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50lb bags of flour and stand for long periods.

Team Players: A positive attitude is a must—we’re a small, tight-knit crew.

Experience: Previous professional baking experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
