A little life lately from behind the scenes at EZ Does It. 🤍

Fresh eggs from my ladies, a Monster cake, our THIRD Stranger Things cake of the year, and some very special strawberries for a sweet 2-year-old.♥️

We’ve also been taking advantage of the last bit of summer with fair days, family time, and a little break from the kitchen before school kicked off.

But we’re back… planning and shopping and next week starts a stretch of back-to-back wedding orders. Needless to say, the mixers are about to be working overtime. 😂

Soaking up these last few weeks of summer before we dive headfirst into wedding season in September. 🌿🤍

These past few weeks have been filled with some of my favorite kinds of orders—celebration cakes, custom creations, and even not one, but TWO gender reveal cakes! One of them was especially unique… a dog-safe pumpkin cake with peanut butter and Greek yogurt frosting so 3 four-legged family members could join in on revealing the big surprise. 🐾💙💗

I’m still holding onto a few photos until my customers get to share their exciting news with family first, but I can’t wait to show you what we’ve been creating behind the scenes.

For now, I’m soaking in the slower days, enjoying the last bit of summer, and getting ready for a calendar full of beautiful weddings, love stories, and buttercream this fall. Thank you for keeping my little kitchen so busy. It never stops feeling surreal. 🧁❤️

When life gives you lemons… make dessert. 🍋💛

This order was such a fun one to create!

✨ 7 dozen cupcakes
• Lemon Blueberry
• Classic Lemon
• Diabetic-friendly Raspberry Lemon

✨ 8 dozen cookies
• 7 dozen lemon wedge sugar cookies
• 1 dozen diabetic-friendly lemon cookies

✨ 1/4 sheet cake to tie it all together!

Everything was lemon-themed—from the flavors to the decorations—and I had so much fun bringing it all to life. 🍋💛

After dropping off this big order, I rewarded myself by squeezing in one of my favorite concerts. 🤍 Safe to say it was the perfect way to end a busy baking week!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there wearing all the hats every single day 🤍 The ones making the schedules, wiping the tears, showing up exhausted, loving endlessly, and somehow making the whole thing work. You are not unnoticed, and you are so deeply appreciated.

Yesterday’s event was such a success — completely sold out 🥹 Such a rewarding feeling after spending the night before in the kitchen covered in flour, frosting, and chaos. Seeing all the smiling faces, happy kiddos, and the cutest dogs made every second worth it. Thank you all that showed up to support, and all of the new faces I met! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Now I can’t wait to get my babies back home and spend the rest of the day snuggled up with them ♥️
