☀️ July is here, and we’re sticking with our every-other-week bake schedule for the summer!

I’m taking advantage of these slower summer weeks to spend a little more time making memories with my family while still bringing you fresh sourdough on bake weeks. ❤️

☀️ Summer is here, and so is Bakeology’s June schedule!

To make the most of summer with my family while continuing to bring you fresh sourdough and baked goods, I’ll be baking every other week during June.

Be sure to save this schedule so you don’t miss an order week! Orders will still open Fridays at 10 AM and close Sundays at 10 AM for each baking week.

A few of you have been asking if I would ever offer freshly milled flour, so I’m excited to finally add a beginner-friendly option to next week’s Hotplate menu! 🌾

Starting next week, Fresh Milled Soft White Wheat Flour will be available in limited quantities.

Soft white wheat is mild, versatile, and perfect for everyday baking like muffins, pancakes, cookies, biscuits, and quick breads. It’s a great option if you’ve been wanting to try fresh milled flour without diving into something super heavy or intimidating.

Freshly milled in small batches right here in my home bakery for maximum freshness and flavor. 🤍

I’m starting small to see how much interest there is, but I’m really excited to finally offer this!

Orders open this morning (Friday) at 10am and close on Sunday at 10am.
