Hi, friends & family! 'Tis been a long time since I had any announcements to make and I'm afraid this one isn't necessarily a happy one. I do want to sincerely apologize to those that have been waiting for news as to when I will start baking again (and more frequently) I so appreciate you all and the support you have shown me the last few years. Sadly with working 2½ jobs, I simply never have time. And with the cost of ingredients (hello- chocolate, butter, eggs 😭) I just haven't wanted to continue to bake and ask you all to pay the price that my cookies would ultimately cost. I do not find it fair to y'all. With that all being said, I regretfully must announce that I will no longer have cookies for sale at the restaurant. Although that has been the case in recent months, I wanted to make an official statement. I will still be taking advance orders and special requests, they just won't be available at U.S. Coney and Cone any longer.
But for all the support and kind words I have received; I wanted to do it one more time. A last hurrah if you will🥲 For one weekend this month (and hey, maybe I'll bake a little too much and it will extend into the week) I will have an abundance of cookies out and available for you all to enjoy🫶 New and old flavors alike.The date will be announced soon so keep your eyes out for that! In the meantime if you have a favorite you'd like to be available that weekend make sure to commit below and let me know!
But for now.. It IS Rhubarb season and I can't let that go unnoticed so tomorrow (6/2) Sweet & Tart Rhubarb Crisp will be available to get over here at Coney and Cone so make sure if you're in the area to stop in and get it! Thank you ALL again for being supportive and a lover of sweet treats and 🍪 cookies. It has truly been a pleasure to serve you all.
