With the Holidays rapidly approaching us, I’ll be posting when I’m completely booked.

German cake! My gosh it’s so delicious! 🤤

German cake is not your fudge chocolate cake made with cocoa powder although it does has ‘German chocolate’ it’s not as sweet as a chocolate cake. Instead this cake offers a fluffy cake layers that compliments a delicious cooked pecan/coconut filling.

I roasted the pecans, to bring out its aroma and let me tell you it makes a delicious difference!

📝Fun fact! German cake is not from Germany, the name comes from, ‘Samuel German’, who invented the chocolate bar “Germans sweet chocolate”.

6” Peanut 🥜 Butter cake with a filling of edible cookie 🍪 dough and another filling of Nutella!

Ice cream cone has a scoop of cookie dough to make the whole cake (except the stitch image) completely edible! 😋
