Ok Middletown…..I know it’s not the best day out there, but I am set up with the baked goods, coffee vendor is here, Brett and Wayne are here with veggies and Huck has plants plus a few other brave vendors. We hope you brave the weather for a few minutes to come see us!

OK Folks - I know it's supposed to rain tomorrow, but the Middletown Farm Market is still on - 10-1 behind the library. Come see us for your veggies, baked goods, meats, for your weekend meals, flowers for the garden, and grab some breakfast from the food truck, and coffee from our new coffee vendor. See you there!

Due to rain today, the Glasgow Farm Market will be in the big red barn, not outside. So come see us! Food trucks will be there as well. See you 3-7

Hello my friends! For my customers who were disappointed that there was no chocolate zucchini cake last week, I WILL have it for you this week! I also plan on bringing brownies, blueberry crisp (and maybe apple), scones, breads, and some cookies. I also made up new batches of candies walnuts and cranberry almond granola last night. See you all Thursday from 3-7 rain or shine.

Hey my friends - I will be at Glasgow this week but not Middletown. Saturday I celebrate my heritage at the Scottish games.

Hello Middletown - been under the weather this week and slow to bounce back, but I will be at the market tomorrow. I will have 3 types of breads, scones, brownies, cookies, granola, candied walnuts and focaccia crisps, just not in the quantity I normally have. Sorry for the slow start. Jam/jellies are available (but no fig), and I will have a limited supply of blueberry donuts - thanks to a special request. I also have a new set of gourd birdhouses for those potential Mother's Day gifts.

See you all tomorrow and I promise next week, I'll be back in the swing of things.

Alright my friends - Farm Market season starts tomorrow! For those who want to know, I will be at Glasgow Park again this year (Thursdays 3-7), behind the Middletown Library saturday mornings (10-1 - note new timeframe), Delivery to Filasky's on Friday mornings, and spending time at Broken Spoke for they monthly events (next one is Mother's Day). I look forward to seeing all of you at these markets with all your favorites!

Art Fest at Whitehall has been moved to April 26th from 10-2 due to tomorrow's rainy forcast. I hope to see you all on Sunday. I'll have my baked goods, jam, jellies, and a new batch of gourd birdhouses. See you there!

Going to try something different this Friday night. Broken Spoke Winery is having a $5 pour night at the winery and asked if I wanted to come with baked goods. So....since it's $5 night, everything on my sale table will be $5 as well! Planning on bringing carrot cake, brownies, apple crisp, my usual cookies, something blueberry.....all. in the spirit of the event. See you all out there from 5-9 pm. February 27th.

Let me tell you how good it feels to have 2 working ovens again after limping along with one gitchy one for the last several weeks, as sensors and mother boards were on back order (UUURRRGGGHHH!). Never knowing if what I'm making is going to come out right kept things interesting. Cookies were made and so were family birthday cakes, but that was it. The pumpkins I still needed to cook all froze and became unusable for next year, and dinner was on the stove (got good at pan searing meats though). Tomorrow it's candied walnuts and granola!!! Time to get working toward Galentine's Day on the 15th.

This market season I will be going to Glasgow, Filasky's, and Middletown markets weekly, and filling in over at Whitehall from time to time once that gets going. Once a month, I'll be doing an event out at Broken Spoke. AND, I'm looking forward to getting into more of the local craft shows this. year. Of course, I'll need to make some time to go watch my grandson at T-ball, and have cuddle time with my soon- to- be grand daughter.

Until then, I am making that baby quilt, have sworn to finish my grandson's Christmas stocking (since now I'll need to get going on another one), and learning to make soap, do quilling to make cards, and of course, my assorted gourd crafts.

See you all soon!

Well.....Welcome to the New Year Everyone! I'm laying low for January - have a baby quilt to make and a Christmas stocking to get busy on for grandkids, not to mention a visit from my son and his girlfriend. AND I really want to do one of my puzzles that never got done last year. HOWEVER - If you need jams/jellies, pumpkin donuts by the dozen or tray of 30, or that January birthday pie, I am happy to make them for you to order. Just let me know what you need. As an FYI, I will once again be at Broken Spoke events, Glasgow Market and Middletown market this year. And I hope to do more local craft shows as well. For the next 2 weeks, I'll be cooking pumpkin like crazy to freeze away for next fall's donut season at Filasky's - 68 done so far, many more to go. I hope all of you have a safe winter, and to my fellow gardeners.....seed catalogs are being delivered! I've gotten several already - yeah!
