Our Story

It all started with a family vacation to Roxana Collazo’s birthplace in Ponce, Puerto Rico. “We enjoyed our family's favorite homemade helados (ice cream) and paletas (popsicles) so much that we knew bringing it back to New York would truly be a treat to New Yorkers.” Roxana and her husband came up with a plan and in six short months they open The Paleteria & Coffee Shop. Combining Latin inspired home made ice cream, popsicles, food, and coffee specialties. Stop by and taste a piece of Puerto Rico right here in historic downtown Middletown, NY.
