Heeey 👋

Been getting some requests to bring back Jerusalem Bagels and Vanilla Slice so this is a lucky week for some of you.

Jerusalem bagels are a great vehicle for anything sweet or savory. We serve it with a side of labneh (similar to Greek yogurt) generously topped with za’atar seasoning, olive oil & flaked sea salt for dipping 😋

Vanilla slice is vanilla bean crème pat sandwiched between flakey buttery puff pastry. Best enjoyed like an ice cream sandwich.

Hi guys! 👋

Happy June! We have a great week planned for you. I’ve had a hankering for breakfast galettes; seasoned roasted potatoes, sharp white cheddar, thick cut applewood bacon, more sharp white cheddar, egg up🍳 and a sriracha stripe (or not!) all wrapped up in our buttery, flaky pie dough . So you know how goes, when I wanna eat a breakfast galette, we ALL eat breakfast galettes.

Checking in with an update. We want to let you know that we are ready for your arrivals. We are stocked and loaded.

It is our mission that NO MOM IS LEFT BEHIND!

Do not let her down!! This is what she was referring to when she gave you her list of demands. (see previous post) 🍪 🍰 🥐

We’re baking till all the moms are properly equipped with a little token of flake and butter that they can savor (in peace please)!

We’ll see you bright and early(ish)!

Hi Fam! 👋

Every week when it’s time to make a post, I get lost in a sea of pics on my phone. I have an absolutely absurd collection of food pics. Food I bought, food I’m making, food I’m eating, selfies with food, food I wanna make…all food! One spin in my photo album tells you all about me.

Of course, I couldn’t find the one pic i really wanted, our loaded potato galette. Have ya had it?? Golden smashed potatoes, loaded with bacon, scallions, smoky cheese blend, all wrapped in our butter flaky crust. It’s ducking felicious 😋

Will have all the usual suspects along with some salted honey buttermilk biscuits, carmelita bars, macadamia nut cookies, s’mores galettes, etc!

We have a bonanza planned for all the mommas that we’ll tell you more about soon. 🌹
