It's funny how my mom always reminded me to not experiment with food whenever I would bring dishes to our holiday/family gatherings🧡 I never listened!🤷🏾‍♀️
I mean she would be so serious, letting me know the day before, "don't you be experimenting on us!"😂
That same passion of cooking with recipes and trying different things has led me to create every recipe on my menu, except for the two foundational treats, the 🍠🥧🍠🥮
Everything else was crafted through trial, error, tasting and testing. What once drove my mom 🤪 has developed into Carrot Top's Sweet Potato Treats, a tribute to my loving and beautiful mother, Carolyn M Hart.
