In the wake of the flooding last week, I am so grateful for what I have and I feel deeply for those who were set back to square one as their businesses were quite literally swept away. Despite the hurdles, I truly believe we are a resilient community and will persist. Vermont Strong 💚

REGULATION not PROHIBITION!
The Control Board is proposing banning all edibles products that require refrigeration or freezing due to food safety concerns, despite the fact that we follow all food safety guidelines and thus far there have been no issues. This would be detrimental to our businesses and all the other amazing edibles manufacturers in Vermont.

We are stronger together and would appreciate your support in opposing this proposal. If you would like to sign this letter please reach out to us.

While we have already sent this comment to the Board as it is a time sensitive matter, we hope to resend it with the weight of the cannabis community behind it.
