(This is my VERY favorite sofa I've gotten my hands on....Derek says I can't keep it so I am going to find it a good home.)
Mint condition.... Like new, swear to God! It's plush, velvety, patterned (so to hide my kids' mess if I were to keep it).... Super high quality, Broyhill. The colors are dependent on the lighting, but a pale lime green and natural gray/tan/cream color.
Ummmm and it's got a slight curve to the body of it😍😍😍😍

Original, super-adorable, 1950s Hoosier Hutch with retractable enamel table surface. Interior cabinet is painted red, original design on glass, bread drawer and factory shipping label attached on underside of cabinet.

Super chic, dining table, with additional leaf (as shown) and six immaculate chairs. We wanted to paint the wood and rattan detailing to give it a more modern makeover.....but just couldn't bring ourselves to taint it!
The fabric is near perfect condition, rich yellow velvet-y fabric. The top shows minimal signs of its age, but in great condition overall. Super cute table as is or a fresh coast of gray chalk paint with a beautiful coat of wax could transform the already awesome piece to a new level of cool. We are leaving that up to you!!
