This is about the all time known and popular "Venezuela Style Cakes", these are still the ones that Grandma Ines de Brandt made for more than 70 years. She used to make & decorate the most delightful home made cakes; chocolate & vanilla twirled cakes, bread pudding, cheese & egg custards, just to mention a few, without leaving out her famous home made pastries, made of guava, condensed milk, peach

, amoung some other great flavors. These recipes were passed from generation to generation, starting with Grandma INES' Daughter AMALIA DE SANTANDER who was dearly called "GRANDMA AMALIA" she has also proudly followed & kept the cake & pastries making tradition, in addition she introduced a wide variety of appetizers such as (cheese sticks, bite size meat balls, meat parties etc). Subsequently Grandma AMALIA shared & taught these recipes to her granddaughter YINEIRA SANCHEZ maintaining the treasured recipes & family secrets of all of the above mentioned. The only thiny YINEIRA did not inherit, was Grandma's name. She has the same abilities, love & passion for the baking industry, specializing in cakes for all occasions adding the most innovative creative designs and motifs, starting from the most basic cake to the nicest gourmet cakes, appetizers & pastries, due to her position of not yet a grandma, people choose to call her YINE.
