After so much prayer and consideration, we want to share that April 10th will be Prozymi Sourdough’s last day in South Florida.

Our little cottage bakery was built here — through farmers markets, porch pick-ups, late night bakes, and the most incredible community support we could have ever imagined.

As many of you know, we are a military family, and due to an upcoming PCS move, we will be relocating. While this chapter is closing in South Florida, Prozymi is not ending — just transitioning to a new home.

Thank you for supporting our dream, for sharing our bread at your tables, and for allowing us to serve you. South Florida will always be part of our story.
