I am Miry, your cake artist, the face behind the work I create for you. Some of my clients have been with me for over 12 years, from bridal showers to weddings, baby showers, baptisms, birthdays, and many more life celebrations. I am grateful for each and every one of you for your love and support. Your referrals have grown my business, and I am forever grateful to you all.
A few little-known facts about me: I'm completely self-taught. I don't like cake, but if I had to choose from my own menu, I'd go for the vanilla Irish Cream cake or my raspberry cake filled with lemon curd cream. I make my own salted caramel, the most amazing key lime pie, and the most delicious apple pie. I love to bake, but I don't enjoy cooking. My sister took all the cooking genes!
The French Macaron is my most challenging bake, while cake pops are the easiest to create. My favorite buttercream is Swiss Buttercream, which I prefer for wedding cakes. I use only Italian butter and my top fondant brands are FondX and Massa Ticino. My biggest cake was for 900 servings, and my smallest was for 2 servings. My most requested filling is guava buttercream, and my most requested cake flavor is French vanilla rum cake. I bake fresh to order, and most of my cake orders take anywhere between 3-9 days to create.
When I have a wedding cake, I do not take any other orders, focusing solely on the superstar of the show. I know my brides appreciate it. My biggest pet peeve is crooked cakes and sloppy work.
Lastly, I am surrounded by very talented fellow cake artists who inspire and awe me with their work every time.
