Olé!
One Two, Three Times of a “Maridaje” Spanish fusion Dinner, where the main character were the wines.
We had:
✨ Albariño with a Pulpo a la Gallega and Paprika Musselina appetizer
✨ Dominio del Bendito 2018 Tempranillo, with a Chistorra-Manchego montaditos and kimchi Alioli as a First Dish
✨ Valduero 2010 6 years Premium Reserva Tempranillo, with Tenderloin Steak with sundried tomatoes Chimichurri, wrapped Asparagus and Jamón Serrano on a parsley vinaigrette and a Saffron Rice, as our main dish
✨ Last but not least, the dessert wine was an Avreo of Tarragona made of 70% Black Grenache - 30% White Grenache. We made an Arroz con Leche infused with White Grenache Wine, Blackberries and Black Grenache Reduction drops and a Caramel-Almond Crocante.
