Celebrating his special day with this chocolate pineapple bomb 😄

It's a double layer of chocolate cake with cocoa cream cheese frosting, followed by a layer of , frosted with French vanilla cream. The whole thing is topped with truffles and crunch 😊❤️

Using the quarantine productively by perfecting my banana muffin recipe. ❤️🍌🍰 These ones are made with dark chocolate chips and -prior to baking-drizzled with condensed milk. The milk caramelized in the oven and makes the muffins moist and delicious ❤️🤗

This baby is a through and through Irish cake, inspired by the holy Trinity: Guinness, Jameson & Baileys Cream.

Chocolate cake and Vanilla cake are doused in homemade whiskey syrup, sandwiched with vanilla Baileys cream, and decorated with piped dark chocolate.
