This elegant 3-tier groove-finished wedding cake was headed to Felicity Church in New Orleans. 🤍

What most people don’t see is that some deliveries involve stairs, tight corners, long walks, and a whole lot of teamwork.

If you’ve ever wanted to learn the basics of cake decorating, this is the perfect place to start.

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to:
• Fill and stack cake layers
• Apply a smooth buttercream finish
• Create classic Lambeth-style borders
• Add pearls, ribbon accents, and finishing details

You’ll also get to choose your cake color and personalize your design to make it your own. 💛

A 350-guest wedding means more than just delivering a cake.

This setup included a 4-tier wedding cake, a custom groom’s cake, and our Sweet Assembly mobile cake cart. The first half of the video shows our delivery and setup window, and the final clips are from later that evening when I returned to service the cart during the reception.

By the time guests arrive, everything is in place—but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to make it look effortless.
