A few weeks ago I went back to work full time. It's been a tough adjustment to the hours but I'm absolutely loving it. Even had the oppty to bake cookies for some great co-workers having a birthday. Up next on the schedule are cookies for my niece's bridal shower. I'll never give up baking... just have to plan a little more in advance.

Delicious chocolate strawberry cake with vanilla and strawberry butter cream frosted decorations. Measuring at 2" x 2" x 6", these make a great treat for those you want to celebrate on Valentine's day... or any day. $4.00 per mini cake. Valentine orders being accepted through Saturday (2/7/2026) while space is available.

Happy belated New Year to all of you!

Thank you for your patience as I've dealt with medical issues for the past few months. It was so heartbreaking to miss the holiday baking seasons of Thanksgiving and Christmas but I'll be back stronger than ever for Valentine's Day and Easter.
