In the test kichen!!!

When I started making conchas I quickly imagined a whole line up of sourdough pan dulce... here's my first test batch of Elotes. The flavor needs some work, but I am so happy with how they shaped up!

You can find us at Mint Market every 2nd Saturday, and we’ll be back at the Gilbert Market this weekend (our last one for this season) —then taking the summer off from markets.
