Another new recipe in the books: Sourdough Cherry Granola! 🍒

It pairs perfectly with homemade yogurt. The granola is beautifully toasted with the perfect crunch, and the sweet cherries make every bite even better.

Tomorrow is shaping up to be another busy day in the kitchen—pitting 16 pounds of cherries, canning corn salsa, and making protein pancakes using the whey from the yogurt.

This week has been all about trying new things, learning new skills, and making the most of every ingredient. Zero waste happening over here, and I'm loving every minute of it! 🌾✨

Another first under my belt that I've been wanting to try—homemade yogurt! 🥣✨

Thanks to the Instant Pot, it was surprisingly easy, and I'm already dreaming up different flavors and ways to use it. This one will definitely be making regular appearances in my kitchen!

Taking the summer to slow down a bit, recharge, and experiment with new recipes has been exactly what I needed. Sometimes the best ideas come when you give yourself a little space to create. 💛
