It's time, It's time , IT'S TIME!!!
This Sunday from 10 am til 2 pm, Eloweezie's Pantry will be at the season's first Grant Farmers Market! I always love coming to this market because there is just something special at Grant! We will have all of your Fall baking needs and some wonderful Fall teas too. Come on out and say "Hi"!

On Saturday, I had the opportunity to start some extracts from beans I have been storing since May. (Thank you Lord for three day weekends!) Such a wonderful day slicing, scraping and cutting! In the photos you can see the progression, from beans to beans after taking a 5 minute swim to finished extracts. I made double fold extracts with beans from Mexico, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. They won't be ready for decanting for another year or so, but they will be delish when done! My home smelled SO GOOD after processing about a pound of vanilla beans!

WayBack Sound is located at 2020 Palm Bay Road NE (Suite 11) and I had the opportunity to stop by to see how they are coming along as they prepare for their grand opening at 9 a.m. this Saturday. Here’s a little bit of what you’ll see, but they’ve got a whole lot more to put out and it really is like stepping back in time a bit. Not only do they have records, CDs cassette tapes, laser discs and DVDs they even have 8 track tapes!!!

But there’s more.

You need something to listen to your music on? They’ve got you covered with plenty of options that will sure bring back some memories.

Find some time to stop by this Saturday, but they’re always going to be bringing in more items throughout the shop.

And remember, you can stream your music all day long, but you don’t own it. The only way you can keep that music forever is to buy what I guess we’d call hard copies these days. 😂 I know I still have hundreds of CDs and dozens of DVDs packed away.
