Make sure you guys read the bakery policy! It's pinned at the top of the page for your convenience! It makes this process (which can be stressful) a lil less stressful 😅. So if you guys want me to stay sane, please read the policy! This is our contract.
***THA SWEET SPOT BAKERY 2026 POLICY***
-Deposits are NON refundable.
-Payment for all orders is 50% of your total as your NON REFUNDABLE deposit paid first to set your date. Then you will pay the other half of your total at pick up.
-All orders require a 50% Non refundable deposit.
-Deposit is REQUIRED no later than 2 weeks BEFORE due date.
-Any changes in theme, flavors, quantity, pick up times, etc. must be made no later than 2 weeks before order is due.
-NO changes will made or accepted the week before order is due.
-If you are unable to pick up your order on the pick up day that was discussed, there will be a $15 late fee applied to each day you do not pick up.
***LAST MINUTE ORDERS***
Last minute orders under a week will NOT be
accepted. Last minute orders a week away
from the due date will be charged an additional
$25. Usually, I need a MINIMUM of 2 weeks
advanced notice. Just incase I have to order
special supplies for your order or the order
changes, I want to have some wiggle room to
make sure I can give you everything you want
for your special occasion.
***CANCELATIONS***
-If order is canceled within 24 hours of its due date, you still need to pay the remaining balance plus a $20 cancelation fee. At this point I have already started or completed your order. I can not work for free.
-If you cancel but want to reschedule for a later due date with the same order, you will have to reschedule within 7 days to avoid paying another deposit. After that, the payment process will go as normal.
-If you reschedule with a different order (new theme, new quantities, etc) it will be treated as a new order. So you will need to pay a new deposit.
***FAQ***
-I do NOT offer delivery options right now (minus certain circumstances)
-I do NOT offer special dietary options (gluten-free, sugar free, dairy free, vegan, etc.).
-Payments are accepted in the form of cash, CashApp ($ThaSweetSpotMI) or Zelle.
-There is a 2 dozen (24) MINIMUM order on cupcakes and mini cheesecakes...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
-I DO NOT OFFER PARTY TREATS (dipped strawberries, decorated cookies, dipped rice Krispy, pretzels, oreos, candy apples, cake pops, etc.)
-This is a HOME BASED bakery business. So everything is made to order. Unless there's a baker bake sale. I don't have any ready-made items.
