I hope everyone is safe and well during this health crisis. We just want to let you all know that we are following CDC, State health guidelines rigorously to make the place as safe as we possibly can.

We missed you over the last two months and have now open the outdoor seating area following regulations.

Today is Saturday morning, June,1st @Hotrize Cafe...

I only wish I can make everybody happy everyday the minute our customers open the door... 15 years later, we are still trying hard towards that goal and our door is still open🙂
Can you believe we only have 37 reviews on Yelp in 15 plus years?
We believe we have built a more sustainable and more tangible business model that we are still growing and relentlessly perfecting.
This rare Yelp review just remind me how hard the food service industry is. After a deep breath and acknowledging that Hotrize Cafe is one of the oldest place if not the oldest still operating in Merrimack I will take pride to make the service even better.

Wow!.. Entering another year this September, our 10th year as owners of Hot Rize. I want to THANK all of our customers, the preferred, the funniest, and the grumpiest... for their support. Even our opponent who keeps reminding us of the "failure" Hot Rize has become. Also a thank you to Leon and Nellie who started the shop in 1993.

My name is William, me and my wife Sophie own and operate the Cafe for close to 10 years running. We have been through the ups and the downs over that period but our constant remains the best quality products we can afford for our price point and the changes we have to make to do so.
Yes sometimes emotions can take over customer service but we always comeback to friendliness, who we are.

We hope to use this page more often in the future. The other day I found my handwriting in a blog on the internet posted by someone I don't know personally, but her blog really touched me as she took the time to understand what Sophie and I are doing for the last 10 years, we are more than coffee and bagels, we are a working family with young children that go to area school.
