Hey guys…we decided to add onto one of our already posted classes…no extra charge! We will be doing a combined tasting for you during our charcuterie board building class on the patio at The Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester (Northeast Delta stadium) July 15th 6:30pm-8:30pm. If you already signed up for this class, great! If you haven’t, here’s the new portion! We will have 4 samples passed around to you during the class, using
Dough-Licious Baking Co. sourdough bread
Abbot Hill Creamery fresh mozzarella
Tomato and basil
Celeste Oliva will be using 4 different oils and balsamic vinegars so you can try different amazing flavors!
