From a very special order yesterday. It was my first time doing rainbow cupcakes!
When I do something new I always try to scrape up enough leftover batter so I can make one or two extra, for quality testing ;)
I am thinking of trying this same recipe out on a larger scale - my daughter is asking me to make her a rainbow cake 😂
