I have unfortunately been to busy to post much as of late. Since shifting focus to sweets and baked goods Colton has hung up his chefs hat and let me fully take over the helm. As with all change there have been growing pains, but as always family comes first! I've blocked out certain times and dates to set aside for family and downtime. Our kiddos won't be little forever so we want to make sure we get to enjoy it while still pursuing my love of baking for all you wonderful folks! A name change is imminent to reflect rebranding so keep an eye out! In the mean time I have some of my new favorite bakes to show off, enjoy! -Aleix

Work and life have been crazy, but good things are in-store as well as changes. As you all know we're moving this fall and will be changing our business model from an open storefront to strictly commission and catering based specializing in our custom cakes, cookies and more. This will open the potential to do online decorating tutorials and classes down the line. We are so grateful that our small little mom and pop business has received so much love and support from everyone and we are so excited for what the future holds!

Wedding season is in full bloom, we've had a very busy summer so we thank you all for supporting our business! I've been flooded with messages asking if we have availability but I apologize we are booked out through August and select dates in September. This last weekend I was able to make a very special cake for someone very near and dear to my heart. ❤ Someone who's been a huge baking inspiration and I'm so happy she was able to visit and meet her newest great grand baby, my grandmother.

A decadent chocolate cake complmented by a rich raspberry filling, as elegant and timeless as my grandmother herself.

Hey everyone! We've been soaking up some fabulous family time with our little ones but alas it's time for us to return to work, we have custom orders booked out through the end of this month into mid August but our front of shop will temporarily remain closed and open by appointment only. Good morning all! Last night our little man decided that it was time to meet the world so welcome Salem Artorias Woller, our newest little bundle of joy!

Hello all! As our due date for the next dough boy inches closer with each passing day we will be keeping our schedule flexible to accomadate any surprises that might pop up this week and the next. That being said, we will be closed today, Monday, June 28th.

We apologize for the short notice but as they say: when it rains, it pours! There is a strong chance we get to meet our little guy soon so we will be busy with appointments and bakery prep for Wednesday today.

Good morning everyone! We've already seen a bunch of you early birds but incase you need a little extra motivation to get up out of bed and come on down today we have Free Coffee for Fathers in honor of Father's Day weekend as well as plenty of sweet treats for the whole family in tow! Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, gluten free brownies, assorted angel eyes, scones, take and bake pizzas and more!

Hey guys! Don't forget we have 15" homemade pizzas using the freshest local ingredients including organic meat from Merrill's very own Sunset Hollow Ranch for "Take N Bake." We have either Margarita or Meat Lovers toppings available.

Just a quick post today for everyone to update on our weekly offerings!

Today we have a brand new flavor of scone that I have taken to affectionately calling "Nanner sandwich". These lovely scones are filled with bananas, toasted walnuts, and local maple syrup in a decadent, sweet layer between the lovely, buttery scone dough you've grown to love. We also have Raspberry white chocolate flavor if you can't have nuts or don't like bananas!

We are also excited to be offering a brand new item to our Take and Bake lineup: the Homemade pizza! Colton has been hard at work perfecting his red wine marinara which he tops generously over hand kneaded pizza dough and then buries in fresh mozzarella and your choice of two timeless pizza topping combos! The first option is ultimate meat which is comprised of Hand seasoned pork sausage, aged peoperoni, and rich canadian bacon with an extra helping of shredded colby jack cheese. All meat toppings on our pizzas are brought to us by Sunset Hollow Ranch so feep free to give them some love if you like the meat toppings this week. We also have the classic Margherita style pizza with rough cut tomato, basil leaves, and soft mozzarella cuts! Both pizzas are offered as Take and Bake only and will come frozen for your convenience. Ask Colton for baking tips and temperatures when you pick up if you want the ideal bake!

These new offerings are limited today but if you miss out today we will be making them again for Friday and Saturday pickups as well. We encourage call aheads if you really want to get your hands on one today!

As always we also have an assortment of bakery including cookies, pie bars, blondies, and brownies and more! Thanks for tuning in and for all of your great support!

Some more tasty goods from today, the strawberry funnel cake loaves were sold out five minutes after I took a photo to show everyone what we had instore. I think we'll have to showcase some more fun experimental bakes we have up our sleeves!
