Christmas Danish orders are open!

Each candy cane shaped danish will provide 6 servings.

Pastry and fillings are home made. All orders will either need to be picked up 12/23 or 12/24.

Fillings offered are cream cheese and raspberry or cream cheese and huckleberry.

This baker's "bun" is finally ready to come out of the oven!!
That being said I will not be taking orders for the next 4-5 weeks. I hope to be back open and ready for holiday orders starting late November/early December. I will make a post when I am healed and ready to start baking! Thank you all for understanding, I can't wait for this new adventure.

Hot crossed buns just in time for Easter!!

There are many different stories as to how these English Easter buns came about. My favorite is : Towards the end of the 16th century, Queen Elizabeth I passed a law limiting the sale of sweet buns to funerals, Christmas, and the Friday before Easter. The English were deeply superstitious, believed the buns carried medicinal or magical properties, and were fearful of those powers being abused. Some even believed that buns baked on Good Friday would never go stale.

St Patrick's day is coming up!!! Now taking orders for Irish soda bread.
Rosemary and Irish cheddar, Dill and Irish cheddar, Sundried Tomato, and plain. All loafs are $6 each, orders need to be in by Tuesday at noon for Wednesday St. Patrick's Day pickup (other pickup days available if requested).

I've been diligently working on perfecting my newest recipe the "Knotty Orange Roll" ... These might be my new favorite.

Florentine Biscuits (aka cookie in the US)! These crispy delicious treats are made with dried fruit, nuts, melted sugar, finally dipped in chocolate!
Although the name of these cookies suggest they may be an Italian treat, it is believed that they originated in France. The first written mention of Florentines is found in a recipe book from 1891"Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well" by Pellegrino Artusi. Since the origin is unknown I'll call it a European Biscuit!

This weekend I mastered the Candy Cane Cream Cheese Danish!!
This makes for an amazing weekend breakfast with your family (or to hide from your family and enjoy yourself lol)!
These are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated and enjoyed the day after pickup.
Fresh fruit choices, Blueberry, Raspberry, or Apple butter (homemade).
Family size provides about 5 servings- $12
Individual sizes (not pictured)- $4

All orders are due by 12pm Thursdays each week. Pickups can be scheduled for Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday mornings.
I offer contact free porch pickups. If you want to say hi please wear a mask ( will too).
Delivery may be available depending on location and day/time (for an additional fee).
Orders can be paid for via PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
