Good morning bakery fans!
It's our annual carrot cake day at the Iron County Farmers Market:
- Classic Carrot cupcakes 🥕
- Nutty Carrot cupcakes (with walnuts & coconut) 🥕🥥🌰
- American as Apple Pie coffee / dessert cakes 🍎🍏
Today these are topped with a special Swiss Meringue Mascarpone Buttercream frosting that we created just for these carrot cakes (and after years of tweaking the recipe I finally nailed it!). 🥳🙌 😋
We'll be at the market from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. while supplies last. These usually go flying off the table, so come early to snag your favorite.

Hello cupcake fans!
Today is season opener for the Iron County Farmers Market, but we will NOT be there until July 11th.
This year we'll be at the market the 2nd and 4th Saturday each month (starting in July), so you'll have to wait two weeks for your sweet treat fix. 😉
