With fall baking in full swing and the holidays around the corner, I wanted to do a little reintroduction since there have been some new faces around here. 😊
My name is Kim and I’m the baker behind Lilly Creek Sourdough.
I operate under Wisconsin cottage food court ruling and run a bakery out of the entryway of my home in Menomonee Falls! I have a 3-deck bread oven that lets me bake up to 12 large loaves at a time and a huge mixer that allows me to mix up to 23 loaves at a time.
I typically offer 2-3 pick up days a month and I open ordering about a week before pick up day. Customers place their order online and come pick up at my house on the designated day. You don’t have to worry about your order sitting outside for hours at a time. I run every order out to my customers upon arrival. It’s pretty slick! 😎
