I took a small break from baking just because I was feeling a little burnt out after the holidays, along with my son’s sport schedule and working full time I didn’t have a lot of free time. I made this cheesecake for my family’s thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! Hot Cocoa cheesecake with an Oreo crust, topped with chocolate ganache and hot cocoa hersheys kisses🍫❤️

I will also be offering a white chocolate peppermint bark cheesecake!
