We are a home based business making each and every sweet by hand. For the Thanksgiving and Christmas season, we are making our homemade chocolate covered cherries. To make them, we soak them, wrap them in homemade fondant, then dip them in either milk or dark chocolate. It is quite a process, but it is oh so worth it. The next step is to let them sit for a while so they can liquefy. These cherries

have a long shelf life and will last until mid-January or so. Our saying is, "The longer they sit, the better they get!"

Ingredient List:
- Cherry Juice
- Powdered Sugar
- Eagle Brand Milk
- Karo Syrup
- Chocolate
- and a hint of rum to help them liquefy.
