Is there anything better than moist and fluffy red velvet cupcakes filled with cream cheese pastry filling and topped with a delicious Italian cream frosting? We were inclined to say “no”.....until we created these custom 🪄Harry Potter 🪄 themed toppers. 😍😍 Such a fun order for a sweet birthday girl!
