Over half the cakes are gone and we still have 5 hours!

Cake for a Cause is our fundraiser for the STAR Center here in Jackson. Two mini cakes, each about the size of two cupcakes. The tiramisu is brushed with espresso and topped with mascarpone whip and a dusting of Dutch cocoa. The brown butter cake has brown butter buttercream and a caramel drizzle, and 100% of the proceeds go to The STAR Center, Inc..

Presale closes tonight at 7 PM. Pickup is tomorrow, Saturday, at Sprinkle Me Sugar from 9 to 6.

Cookies for a Cause are here. Half-pound, gluten-free, brown butter, loaded with chocolate chips and flaky sea salt. This Saturday only.

Our gluten-free cupcakes sold out two weekends straight… so don’t wait on this one.
