Hustle & Dough Baking Co. A cottage micro-bakery in the heart of Midtown Memphis baking European-style naturally leavened brea My name is Ali Rohrbacher.

I bake sourdough breads by subscription or special order, as well as seasonal pies and desserts. You can find my pies for sale by the slice on a weekly basis at City & State on Broad Ave. I am also currently working in a partnership with Caritas Village, volunteering as a pastry chef/baker.
